The work of a professional artist is on-going, one painting feeding into the next, monotypes building upon one another, clay figures going to mold, waxes to be made and dressed, and sent to the foundry - for me a constant flow of activity, varied, interesting, and always stimulating. In January I added life drawing once a week into the mix - look for a drawing page link soon! Spring brought the first shows of Santa Fe Society of Artists , a quick and inspiring trip to Arizona and Canyon de Chelly. The EstrellaDel Norte Wine and Music Festival on June 12 &13was fun, thenmore shows in downtown SF, and now the Loveland Invitational Sculpture Show in August, and the Pojoaque River Art Tour,on September 18 & 19.
Soon, there'll be a separate website just for sculture! Meanwhile, I'm blogging about both Bill and myself in Two Artists Together - check it out!
