Awakening
The 13th sculpture is a young New Zealander whose lovely naturalness compelled me to create her in bronze. Easily six feet tall and very slender, she held this difficult pose effortlessly. I like to think that she is awakened to the beautiful being she is. The pose suggested the unfolding to follow, thus the title.
